Job Duties:
- Perform cleaning duties in common areas of condominiums such as lobbies, corridors, and lift areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize common facilities including toilets and recreational areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only
