Description:
Join one of the leading dental groups in Singapore! Our clinic is known for its exceptional patient care and comprehensive dental services. We are expanding our operations and seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Clinic Assistants.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the handling and tracking of dental laboratory cases.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery of cases.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering dental supplies as needed.
- Maintain organized storage of dental materials and supplies.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and disinfect treatment rooms between patient visits.
- Submit insurance, medisave, and CHAS claims accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling patient records, inventory, and claims processing.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with dental professionals and support staff in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Clinic Assistant in the medical field would be advantageous.
- Ability to work on weekends and until 8 pm or 9 pm as per roster scheduling.
