Job Duties
- Inspect guest rooms before arrival, ensuring amenities meet profiles
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities and rooms
- Address guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism
- Support guests with luggage and provide bell service assistance
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest satisfaction
- Maintain clear communication with all hotel departments
- Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate if necessary
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a service-oriented approach
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required
