⭐ Job Type: Full-time, Contract
⭐ Timing/Shifts: 5 Day Week
⭐ Salary: $2,000 – $2,300/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails.
- Process and monitor orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams on shipment status.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Resolve delivery issues and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare reports and assist in data entry tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support additional administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in task execution.
- Team player with a proactive work attitude.
- Willing to commit to a contract-to-permanent role.
