Timing/Shifts: 5 Day Week
Salary: $2,000 – $2,300/month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails.
  • Process and monitor orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on shipment status.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Resolve delivery issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Prepare reports and assist in data entry tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in task execution.
  • Team player with a proactive work attitude.
  • Willing to commit to a contract-to-permanent role.
