Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations, including cashiering and tea preparation.
- Assist in kitchen duties and maintain food safety standards.
- Participate in shop closing procedures for night shifts.
- Serve walk-in customers promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
- Conduct regular stock taking and maintain inventory records.
- Answer incoming calls and manage delivery orders.
- Ensure high-quality service and product consistency daily.
Job Requirements:
- Possess an excellent and positive service attitude.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in English for effective customer communication.
- Physically fit and comfortable with fast-paced work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to job requirements.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
