⭐ Salary: $2,200 – $2,600/month
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare tea-based beverages following standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Recommend tea selections based on customer preferences and needs.
- Maintain and operate tea-making equipment in good condition.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace and equipment.
- Educate customers about tea types, origins, and preparation methods.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for tea and willingness to learn about tea varieties.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Physically fit to stand and move around during shifts.
