Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Replenish stocks and maintain inventory levels
- Operate cash registers and self-checkout counters
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Assist in handling customer exchanges and refunds
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Ability to lift loads ranging from 5-10kg to stock up shelves
- Proficient in English to interact and greet customers
- Comfortable with cash handling and operating cash registers
- Positions available for both full-time and part-time roles
