Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookshop operations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bookshop
- Maintain well-stocked shelves and attractive displays
- Assist customers and handle inquiries
- Perform basic administrative tasks
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Support in organizing book fairs and events
Requirements
- Conversant in English
- Service-oriented with a pleasant personality
- Basic computer knowledge, including the use of email
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Enjoy working with young children and teens
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
